Cases&solutions

This video takes you to the site of one of our domestic customers, who primarily provides OEM services for semi‑finished steel backs to the brake pad industry. The customer’s equipment includes a large‑plate blanking machine, a three‑machine linked fully automatic steel back production line, and several old‑style punch presses connected in a linkage.

If you are interested in starting production of steel back semi‑finished products, or have needs for upgrading and retrofitting old equipment, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Are you looking to boost production efficiency while maintaining consistent, high-quality brake pad output? Our 4-Station Brake Pad Hot Press Machine is the ultimate solution for automotive friction material manufacturing.

This advanced hydraulic hot press is specifically designed for disc brake pad hot forming, compatible with 12-cavity molds, and features independent station control—allowing you to set separate temperature, pressure, holding time, and exhaust parameters for each station

Equipment Functions:
This station integrates a feeding main unit, a translational linkage manipulator, and stamping presses, enabling processing functions such as punching, fine trimming, edge removal, and flattening (leveling) of steel backs.

Equipment Features:

Multi-machine linkage saves labor and improves production efficiency.

Eliminates labor risks caused by operator fatigue.

Capable of retrofitting and upgrading old equipment on the customer’s site.

This equipment consists of an automatic large-sheet feeding device integrated with a press, enabling fully automatic stamping of steel backs from large sheets and reducing manual handling steps. It achieves higher material utilization; scrap can be automatically cut into sections for convenient collection and storage, while also eliminating the separate shearing process.

Equipment Functions:
This equipment integrates an automatic feeding manipulator, 4 hydraulic presses, and 3 sets of linkage manipulators, enabling processing operations such as punching, fine trimming, edge removal, edge pressing, and leveling of steel back blanks.

Equipment Features:

Multi-machine linkage saves labor and improves production efficiency.

Reduces potential safety risks caused by operator fatigue.

Can accommodate various customized requirements, such as 2–4 stations and dual mold cavities, according to the customer’s processing technology.
