Services
OEM/ODM
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) are two flexible service modes we provide for brake pad production equipment:
OEM services: We manufacture steel back blanking machines, hydraulic presses, hot presses, robotic handling systems and production lines strictly according to your drawings, specifications or samples. Ideal for expanding your existing product portfolio or small-batch custom orders.
ODM Services: We design and develop fully customized solutions from scratch, including automated robot stamping lines, brake pad hot presses, assembly presses and complete turnkey production lines, based on your specific requirements. Suitable for new product development and large-scale production needs.
OEM/ODM Process
01
Demand Analysis
We discuss your specific production needs, including brake pad specifications, output volume, automation level, and budget, to define the ideal equipment solution for your factory.
02
Customized Solution Design
Our engineering team creates tailored drawings and technical proposals. For OEM, we follow your exact specs; for ODM, we design everything from steel back presses to fully automated production lines.
03
Sample & Prototype Confirmation
We produce prototypes or pre-production samples for key machines (blanking presses, hot presses, robotic arms) and conduct performance tests to validate the design.
04
Mass Production & Quality Control
We manufacture your custom equipment with strict quality checks at every stage: from steel frame welding to hydraulic system testing and assembly line debugging.
05
Delivery, Installation & After-Sales Support
We deliver the equipment, provide on-site installation and training, and offer long-term maintenance and spare parts services to ensure stable production.

FAQ for Brake Pad Production Equipment & OEM/ODM Services
What types of brake pad machinery do you offer?
We provide a full range of brake pad manufacturing equipment, including steel back blanking machines, hydraulic presses, robotic handling arms, automated stamping lines, hot presses, assembly presses, and complete turnkey production lines for both passenger and commercial vehicle brake pads.
Do you support OEM/ODM customization for the equipment?
Yes. We offer both OEM (manufacturing to your drawings/samples) and ODM (custom design & development from scratch) services. We can tailor machines to match your specific production needs, automation level, and factory layout.
What’s the lead time for custom or standard equipment?
Standard machines usually take 30–45 days, while custom/OEM/ODM solutions typically take 60–90 days, depending on complexity and order volume. We will confirm the exact timeline with you after order details are finalized.
How do you ensure the quality of your machinery?
All equipment undergoes strict factory testing, including pressure performance, precision, and durability checks. We use high-quality components and follow international manufacturing standards to ensure stable, long-term operation.
Do you provide installation and after-sales support overseas?
Yes. We offer detailed installation guides, remote technical support, and optional on-site commissioning and training services by our engineers. Spare parts and maintenance support are also available globally.
What is the warranty period for your machines?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty for all equipment, covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty and maintenance packages are available upon request.
What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
We typically work with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as the primary payment method, with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Other terms can be discussed based on order size and cooperation.
