4-Station Fully Automatic Brake Pad Hot Pressing Production Line

This machine integrates the complete brake pad production process into a single system, including automatic steel back loading, friction material mixing, weighing, feeding, release agent spraying, spreading, dust recovery, unloading, and palletizing. With a four‑machine linkage design, it comprehensively improves brake pad production efficiency.

Product Descripation

Equipment Features:

  1. Fully automatic design – manual intervention is only required for timely replenishment of friction material and steel backs. One operator can manage 2–3 production lines, saving approximately 5 operators in total.

  2. Cylinder is integrally cast in one piece and can withstand system pressure up to 25 MPa.

  3. The steel back stacker can be manually adjusted to accommodate different sizes, allowing each hot press to produce different brake pad models.

  4. Adopts a rear mold change system that enables mold replacement without production stoppage.

  5. Equipped with mold clamping devices; mold change takes only 10 minutes.

Production line workflow:

1. Steel Back Loading(Auto placement — 4 pcs at once; 12 pcs within 8 sec. Variable-pitch design for different mold spacings.)
2. Mold Release Spray(Auto atomized mold-release spraying with programmable duration per cavity.)
3. Dual-Head Feeding (Simultaneous bottom/top layer feeding. Two material types on one line without waiting.)
4. Material Spreading (One-pass spreading for all cavities — front/back/left/right in one stroke.)
5. Mold Cleaning (Directional reciprocating brush sweeps debris into dust collectors on both sides.)
6. Hot Pressing (25 MPa system pressure; QT500 cylinder + beam; self-developed NC control.)
7. Finished Part Removal (Multi-magnet extractor — no adjustment needed for different steel backs; auto alarm if not removed.)
